2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Product images are for representation purposes only.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. For COD orders, confirmation is sent via WhatsApp. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, all sales are final. Products once ordered and delivered cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Exceptions apply only for wrong deliveries, transit-damaged products, or tampered packaging — reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Approved cases may be eligible for replacement only. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The contracting entity is KARDHAR FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED.
